“Ghana is far gone; Sri Lanka couldn’t print exams papers due to economic effects of Covid” – Kusi Boafo

Thomas Kusi Boafo, the Chief Executive Officer of Public Sector Reforms, believes Ghana’s economy is faring better than other nations across the globe after the Covid.

Kusi Boafo told Kwame Appiah Kubi on Kessben FM’s Maakye that the globe is suffering because to the Covid 19 epidemic and that the Akufo Addo-led government is still recuperating.

He said that other nations, like Ghana, are suffering from the covid effect, causing their economy to crumble.

Due to the covid effect, a country like Sri Lanka could not afford to publish test papers for students to appear for.

His claim that Ghana’s economy is better than most others across the globe gives people optimism.

He stated that after President Akufo Addo’s weekend cabinet retreat, the country’s borders may soon be reopened after being closed in 2020 to combat COVID-19.
