The police in Techiman have arrested five individuals over their alleged involvement in an attack at the National Democratic Congress (NDC) regional office in the Bono East Region.
The suspects are Kojo Agyei alias Kojo Cocaine, Illiasu Sulemana aka Oboot, Andrew Kemire, Fatau Abdallah and Alhaji Nuhu, a police statement on Sunday (31 July) said.
They allegedly attacked the party office following a misunderstanding, the statement added. One person sustained multiple knife wounds and is currently on admission at the Techiman Government Hospital.
