Earlier today, the High Court gave an order for the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim in the case, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey v. General Media Strategies Inc., Steve Mallory and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (AfricaWatch Defamation Case), to be served on Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa by substitution.
This follows several efforts by the court’s bailiffs to serve Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa with the processes. Hon. Okudzeto Ablakwa has been evading service of the court processes.
By the courts order of substitution, Hon. Okudzeto will be deemed to have been served with the processes.
