When the issue of corruption comes up, politicians should never attempt to rope in Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, Mr. Stephen Atubiga has warned.
Speaking on Wontumi TV, Mr. Atubiga who used to be a staunch member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) declared that he can boldly testify that Dr. Bawumia is not corrupt and cannot be corrupted.
“Bawumia is not corrupt. I have known some of his close aides and they are not living lavishly because Bawumia is giving them free money. He is the kind of person who teaches his people how to fish; he doesn’t spoon-feed them”, he said.
