NDC National Chairman Samuel Ofosu Ampofo, has charged party folks not to hold back their contributions in helping return the largest opposition party back to power.
He said the party once in power, will reward their efforts by running a government on the basis of “no contribution, no chop.”
NDC would be seeking to set a record as the party that spent the least time in opposition by winning the 2020 general elections after only four years out of power.
Its flagbearer, John Mahama, holds an unwanted record of being a one-term president when he lost the power in 2016 after winning it in 2012.
The party is keen to marshall its resources to overturn a deficit of more than one million vote gap between it and the governing NPP in the 2016 election.
