Former Upper West Regional Chairman for the governing New Patriotic Party(NPP)
Alhaji Abdul-Rahman Abubakar popularly known as Alhaji Short has been appointed as the chairman of the reconstituted Board of the Ghana Cylinder Manufacturing Company Limited.
Alhaji Short was gunning for the National Chairmanship of the governing NPP and later withdrew from the race to support Mr. Freddie Blay.
